These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bj999 platform and its users. By registering on bj999, managing an account, or using any gaming or betting service, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms. 1.2 One Account Per User

Each user may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or household, or creating an account in another person's name, is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. It is the user's responsibility to update any changed details through the account settings in a timely manner. bj999 reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading information is provided.

1.4 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are accountable for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact the bj999 support team immediately.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bj999 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Using a third-party payment account or someone else's account to make deposits is strictly prohibited — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

2.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (the same across all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

2.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In some cases, the verification process or banking system may cause this to take longer.

2.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 3 for details). bj999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected activity or fraud.

2.5 Currency

All transactions on bj999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All amounts displayed on the platform should be understood as Bangladeshi Taka unless clearly stated otherwise.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Some examples of the bonus:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → bonus ৳2,000 → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 → bonus ৳5,000 (maximum cap) → total balance ৳11,000

3.2 Wagering Conditions

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

3.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus is granted per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering conditions have been met.
• If the wagering conditions are not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud will result in the account being closed.
• bj999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

3.4 VIP Program

The bj999 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Players can advance to a higher VIP tier based on their gaming activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback is automatically added to the account each week.

4.1 Acceptable Use

The bj999 platform may be used for personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, software hacking, or attempting to exploit the system
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games
• Colluding with other players to gain an advantage
• Misusing the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Intentionally exploiting any technical glitch or bug in the platform
• Harassing or deceiving other users

4.2 Fair Play Verification

4.3 Consequences of Prohibited Activity

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, bj999 may immediately suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit all deposited and won funds, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.
